Machine or Hand wash, Gentle cycle, Cold water, Lay Flat to dry
However, should they get wet, remove from footware, and lay on your floor heat vent at night, then remove & place back into your footware in the morning (this is what we do).
If they are too large, use scissors to cut them down, from the toes, and put the leftover pieces in your mitts (if they keep your feet warm, they'll keep your fingers warm too).
